Thank you! This dollhouse doll is my muse of sorts. She was made by Elena Gonchar (you can find her shop here https://www.etsy.com/shop/SantezStoYries). I’ve used this 6 inch tall doll for quite a few images now (http://tourmalinenow.com/portfolio/melancholy/). Each image with her is melancholic in some sort. For this particular image, I liked the idea of being in such a state that you much just lay down and curl up where you are. The sadness weighs you down and you can’t make it one more step.
