31 Days of Creativity

Phew, we made it.

31 days of posting creatively, every day.

How was it for you?

I’d hoped to make more images along the way, but time and fatigue had other plans. My dream repository and research are still growing, though, and new images will continue to make their way here. There’s plenty I’m looking forward to exploring, even if it’s taking a little longer than I’d hoped.

I’m very pro-creativity. I’ve chosen to share mine in this space, but creativity doesn’t need to be shared publicly to matter. It doesn’t need an audience, a finished photograph, or a daily post. There’s value in simply making room for it in your day, however that looks for you.

And I hope, if nothing else, that’s what you take from this challenge.

Some days, that room might be enough to make something you’re excited to share. Other days, it might be a few notes, a doodle, or a little time spent following your curiosity. Those moments count, too.

I know it’s been quite some time since I hosted a challenge, and this one was much less structured than those I’ve hosted previously. Thank you to everyone who decided to take a chance on participating all the same. I’ve truly enjoyed seeing your posts, and I’ll be going back through to make sure I haven’t missed a single one.

Thank you for making room for creativity alongside me this October. I hope you’ll keep a little room for it as we move into November, too.

Recap and full contribution list will be up tomorrow!

  1. I had a great time deciding which images to use. Perfect fit for the changes to what catches my eye these days. Thanks for the challenge.
