Instagram toy photogs share their growth

Toy photography is big. Especially on instagram. From those finding new ways to explore their collections, those de-stressing, playing around, or even those using toys to make art (or maybe a combination of all of these). There's a new hashtag that's now been posted to 243 times and counting. #first9last9

Kaleidoscope House

The goal of this dolls' house, that then became a subject of numerous photographs was to modernize dollhouses. This was something that hadn't apparently been done much at the time. To top it all off, you could purchase an art collection for your mini home, complete with little prints from Laurie Simmons herself and her art friends, such as, Cindy Sherman, and Barbara Kruger.

Kid’s Dollhouse Trends

The light toned, minimalist, modernism aesthetic is one that was created for instagram images to begin with. Modelling your home in such a way allows for your instagram lifestyle images to look trendy and clean. And then, having a dollhouse just as instagrammable within that home just makes sense.
