Photojax 2014 is coming up (January 24th-25th) and this years hashtag project is #photojaxhoods where you take pictures of your neighborhood. The deadline was originally January 5th but has been extended to the 20th. So far I’ve entered 4 images- landscape isn’t really my thing, but I still wanted to enter a few. Live in the Jacksonville area? You should submit too!

Went over to my old neighborhood today to pick up some things. Couldn’t fight the urge to venture into the woods behind the park to see what there was to see. Last time I was there there was an abandoned picnic area with an Aztec print comforter and beer bottles a plenty. This time there was a sand crop circle around a tree with tiny stepping stones to get across. #igersjax #photojaxhoods #sitcjax #southhampton #staugustine
