O scale people, photographed underwater in black and white. Shadows swirl and creep around the mysterious figures.
Update: as of 3:00 this afternoon, I created and added a gif to this post :)
{I rarely take black and white images, and therefore never contribute to Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge, but what better luck than this week’s theme being Abandoned or Alone?}
I love the creativity. The shadows making my mind wonder, what they are. My imagination screams to the figure, step off the pedestal and dance! Yet, the figure is underwater… Therefore it swims.
Thank you so much for this – I love this interpretation and that you spent time considering the images.
Love it! I got stuck staring for a while. So cool
Thank you for sharing that – happy to hear it. Thanks!
Great work. Love your last image. Very creative.
Thank you so so much! I’ve been in an experimental photo mood lately, so these were some fun ones for me.
that gif is pretty cool – actually had me really soaking it up and excellent entry for this b & w theme this week :)
also – out of the photos – I like how the very final one is not in focus – it added to a certain vibe and seemed to release us (something like that)
I like that take. For some reason it seemed like it should be the final one, but I hadn’t quite gotten around to figuring out why I thought so… Thank you.
:)
Thank you so much!
:) -de nada – and thanks to you for spending the time to chit with me about BB/BCS – I love when we sometimes catch a blogger live – it can be so fun – especially when it is about artsy things… so thanks for your time with that :)
No problem, the same thanks to you. I like discussing things like this with a fellow art person, it makes the discussion on color and such more lively haha (aka with someone who actually finds it interesting).
:) – and I really look forward to reading about the color connections –
Thanks for being so creative. You always add a smile to my day.
So happy to hear it. Thanks Cee :)
